Partner, Audit and Business Advisory
Krzysztof holds the position of a Partner at TPA Poland. He is the head of the audit department in the Warsaw office, a statutory auditor and business consultant.
He specializes in providing services to large and medium-sized listed and private equity groups (domestic and international) reporting under IFRS or Polish accounting standards, IPO projects (prospectuses, conversion of financial statements to IFRS, consolidations), as well as advisory and accounting services for mergers and business transformations. Krzysztof’s areas of expertise include construction, real estate, pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing companies, and services sector. Within these areas, he has been involved in auditing, consulting services for listed companies, transaction consulting, IFRS implementation, consolidated financial statements, accounting consulting, review according to agreed procedures, due diligence, controlling, post-trade integration, and fraud risk management.
In 1998, Krzysztof joined the audit firm Arthur Andersen in the audit and business consulting department, where he worked until 2004 (already under the name Ernst & Young), heading a number of projects in the areas of audit, AUP and due diligence as a senior manager. It was also here that he became a statutory auditor and ACCA license in 2004.
From 2004 to 2006, he worked as Head of Accounting & Reporting at the pharmaceutical company Novartis Poland, where he was responsible for reporting, accounting, taxation and internal control.
Then, from 2006 to 2011, as a partner, he managed numerous projects including audits and reviews of financial statements, IPO projects and due diligence at the consulting firm BDO Polska.
Krzysztof is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and a Stefan Batory Foundation Fellow at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen in Germany.
He is fluent in Polish, English, German and Russian.
