  • financial, tax and legal due diligence for both the buyer (buy-side due diligence) and seller (sell-side (vendor) due diligence), which include, among others:

    • analysis of reported and normalized EBITDA levels in terms of ‘quality of earnings’ cash flow projections
    • working capital and net debt analysis,

  • transaction consulting associated with handling enterprise and OPE acquisition and sale processes (acquisition price calculation, acquisition/sale contract review, negotiation process support),
