Partner, Audit and Business Advisory
Anita is a Partner at the Warsaw Audit and Business Advisory department of Baker Tilly TPA (formerly TPA Poland). Anita began her career in the audit and business advisory department of Ernst & Young in Warsaw in 2004. In 2007, she joined the TPA Poland team – currently operating under the Baker Tilly TPA brand as a member of the global Baker Tilly International network.
She specialises in transaction and business consulting. She has extensive experience in transactions related to the purchase, sale, and restructuring of businesses. She is a specialist in regard to providing advisory services to investment funds.
She was also involved in numerous projects comprising auditing and reviewing financial statements of many different entities, starting from local companies, to companies and groups of companies that belong to international capital groups, to capital groups that are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Anita also participated in projects related to reviewing internal audit procedures and processes in companies, management processes, and the detection of fraud and abuse (investigative audits).
She is a graduate of finance and accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and finance at Rider University in the USA. She is a certified statutory auditor. She is also fluent in English.
