Partner, Audit and Business Advisory
Monika is a Partner in the Audit and Business Advisory department of Baker Tilly TPA.
He is a statutory auditor and a member of ACCA.
She has extensive experience in the field of audit and internal control, supported by participation in international internal control projects and a few years’ employment in audit companies.
She has worked in the manufacturing industry, as well as for companies in the energy and real estate sectors, among others. She was also involved in numerous projects for family businesses and non-profit organizations.
In 2010, Monika started her career at the audit firm Salustro Reydel in Warsaw in the Audit department, where she worked until 2014 (after the merger with KPMG), as a senior employee, heading many projects in the areas of audit, AUP and due diligence.
From 2015 to 2016, Monika worked for Mattel Inc. in Amsterdam, on the position of an internal auditor specializing in licensing audits.
From 2016 to 2020, as a partner in the audit department, Monika headed a number of audit, due diligence and consulting projects at Moore Stephens Central Audit, a consulting and audit firm in Warsaw.
In 2020, following the merger of TPA and Moore Stephens Central Audit, Monika joined Baker Tilly TPA, where, in her role as a partner in the audit department, she manages numerous audit and consulting projects, such as due diligence projects, transaction support for M&A projects, accounting system implementations, outsourcing of internal audit functions, licensing audits, and, as a key statutory auditor, performs audits and reviews of financial statements.
Monika specializes in advisory in terms of internal control, corporate governance and consolidation processes.
She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
She is fluent in Polish, English, French and Spanish.
