Managing Partner
Krzysztof heads the Audit and Business Advisory department, providing its services under the Baker Tilly TPA brand, and is a Managing Partner of TPA Poland, a consulting firm offering strategic tax advisory, accounting outsourcing, real estate investment advisory and human resource consulting.
In 1997, he began working in the Poznań office of Arthur Andersen in the Audit and Business Advisory Division. After he left, he founded his own firm, which joined the TPA Group in 2005 and became a member of Baker Tilly International’s global network in 2018.
Over the course of his long career, Krzysztof has been involved in and supervised numerous projects in the field of transaction advisory services, such as due diligence, and valuation, i.a. for entities from the petroleum, energy and manufacturing industries, as well as for businesses that operate in the telecommunications, confectionary and construction sectors. He has also implemented numerous projects for family companies.
In the course of handling transactions, Krzysztof repeatedly supported his clients in negotiations and restructuring processes. In terms of audits and reviews of financial statements, he has been involved in audits of a wide variety of entities, from local businesses, to companies belonging to international groups, to holding companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As part of his auditing activities, Krzysztof has oftentimes been involved in reviews of internal control procedures, management processes and the detection of fraud and abuse.
He has conducted numerous seminars in the field of accounting and transactions area and participated in many training programs. He has been a moderator and participant in many panel discussions on wind energy issues.
Krzysztof is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics (International Business).
He also studied at Humboldt University in Berlin.
Since 2004, he has been a statutory auditor.
He is fluent in Polish, German and English and can communicate in French.
