On January 1, 2021, Anita Bis, who had worked for the company for 14 years, joined the group of Baker Tilly TPA Partners.

Anita Bis specialises in transaction and business consulting. She has extensive experience in transactions related to the purchase, sale, and restructuring of businesses. She is a specialist in the area of providing advisory services to investment funds.

As a certified auditor, Anita is also involved in projects related to reviewing internal audit procedures and processes in companies, management processes, and the detection of fraud and abuse (investigative audits).
