Associate
Maja Wardzyńska specializes in civil and commercial law. She advises clients in transactions involving the sale and acquisition of commercial, hotel, office and storage real estates, including transactions exceeding PLN 0.5 billion in value and participates in the preparation of due diligence reports (corporate, title, zoning, permits, major contracts, leases) and negotiations for investors operating on the Polish real estate market.
She has experience in drafting transaction documentation, such as the projects of the sale agreements relating to the sale of real estates, enterprises or shares in the company, escrow agreements, guarantees, sureties, legal opinions, cover letters, pay-off letters, corporate resolutions, non-disclosure agreements, brokerage agreements, assignment agreements, general contractor agreements, lease standards and schedules to the sale agreements. She provides assistance to the clients in day-to-day property management, along with the proceedings before administrative and court authorities.
Maja is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. She was the first polish beneficiary of scholarship programme EURICA in Argentina and the student of the Universidad Publica de Navarra in Spain. She had her first professional experience at diplomatic missions in Malaysia. Since 2018 she has been an advocate trainee at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
