Senior Associate | Advocate
Aleksandra is an advocate specialized in commercial and economic law. She gained her professional experience while working at a law firm in Warsaw and as an in-house lawyer in companies operating i.a. in energy and financial business.
She has a wide experience in corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of commercial companies and advising on tax optimization. While providing the corporate services to the companies, Aleksandra also represented clients in corporate disputes and litigations.
Aleksandra has completed law studies at the University of Warsaw and advocate’s training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She is fluent in English.
